Private Yoga Lessons
Whether you’re looking for a bit of one-on-one attention or need advice for adapting your practice to your body, private yoga lessons and private yoga therapy sessions are a great option for many students.
In order to completely tailor your yoga program to you, your initial session will include a consultation on your intentions and goals as well as some manual manipulation to assess joint mobility and muscle flexibility. With each subsequent visit you’ll receive a yoga “plan” that will include details on postures, breathing exercises, and meditation techniques as “homework” so you can practice on your own.
I enjoy teaching private lessons to a wide variety of students, and I’m particularly interested in supporting beginners, those seeking modifications to support specific health concerns and injuries, those looking to cultivate a home practice, as well as postpartum women looking to regain core strength and vitality.
